Planning for a 4-year-0ld’s Birthday Party

What a schedule I have planned for myself this week—finishing the laundry early, bringing furniture back into the house (carpets got cleaned last Friday), going through and filing paperwork, mopping floors, cleaning the play room and the girls’ bedroom, ie., making the house sparkle for the friends coming to destroy the house on Sunday for Em’s 4^th B’day Party. Plus all the usual stuff—tumbling, gymnastics, piano, Brownies, and oh yea, making snack for Em’s preschool tomorrow because it’s her birthday tomorrow. Plus I need to order the cake (an ice cream cake). I just finished reserving the bounce house and the bubble performer. Wanna come? At least the house will be clean for a few days.
